  4. LUNCH : (1-30  Noon):  One Bowl Salad,  PLUS 1 or 2 ROTIS (Suka Chapati without oil),  PLUS  One Bowl Vegetable PLUS  One cup of Dall.
  5. MID EVENING :  One Cup Tea (No Sugar)  PLUS ONE CUP OF PROUTS for Protein  (Total 100 to 150 Calories,  Fat less than 5 grams,).
  6. EVENING :   ONE GLASS OF VEGETABLE JUICE.
  7. DINNER:  SAME AS LUNCH.
  8. BEDTIME: ONE GLASS OF SKIM MILK.
NO SUGAR.
HAVE (DRINK) PLENTY OF WATER.
AVOID FRIED FOODS LIKE WADA, SAMOSA, CHIPS.
AVOID BEKERY ITEMS LIKE BISCUITS, CAKES.
CAN TAKE GREEN TEA, BUTTER MILK, VEGETABLE JUICES.
WALK AT LEAST 20 MINUTES A DAY.
OIL/GHEE/BUTTER  ------ 3 to 4 Teaspoons per day at Room Temperature.
